How long will it take to get my order?

We request 2-3 weeks to get your customized order in the mail, although we often are able to ship earlier. For specific need-by dates or rush orders, contact us before ordering.

Do you sell items other than robes?

Yes! We are happy to now offer complementary product lines such as ultra-soft sleepwear and Pocket Palettes. If there's a product you'd like to see us offer, let us know!

How large can I order my custom embroidery?

For our robes, we offer personalization areas on the front and back. For front embroidery, the stitching area is 4 inches square and defaults to the wearer's left side; for back embroidery, the stitching area is 12 inches wide and 8 inches tall. Placement requests can be made in the checkout process or by talking with one of us at Bloom.

Can I purchase a robe without ordering embroidery?

Yes! When ordering, select the "none" option in the embroidery options.

I would like a design that's not on your site. Can you make it?

That's why we're here! We at Bloom will work with you to make your design concept come to life. Contact us to get started!

Do you send proofs of my designs?

Yep, and they're free! For proofs, simply email us with your ideas and we’ll have them come to life. If ordering on the site, please request proofs prior to checkout as changes after checkout are not always possible.

Do your robes have youth sizes?

Yes  you can find them on our youth robe pages.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes (all of our shipping options are shown during checkout).

Can I send you something to be embroidered?

Not at this time. If there is an item you'd like to see us carry, though, contact us and let us know.
